Examination Form Fill-up for B.A. 1st sem. CBCS Arrear Batch (2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022), B.A. 3rd Sem. CBCS Arrear Batch (2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022), and B.A. 5th Sem. CBCS Regular Batch 2022 and Arrear Batch (2019, 2020 and 2021) is going on.
Rules and Regulations
- Classes are held from 9.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M.
- Students admitted to the college must abide by the rules and regulations as prescribed by the government as well as the college authority.
- Students must attend their classes at least 75% of the total classes held; otherwise they will be treated as non-collegiate (NC) by the college authority.
- Students must attend classes and other activities of the college with uniform fixed by the college authority.
- Students must appear in all the examinations conducted by the college authority as per the guideline prescribed by the Gauhati University.
- Students must keep their college identity card in the college campus.
- Students must comply with the educational decorum inside the college campus.
- Mobile phone is strictly prohibited within the college campus for the students.
- Smoking and chewing of any kind of tobacco products within college campus is strictly prohibited.
- The college authority reserves the right to change any rules and regulations when required. The decision of the college authority will be final and binding to all concerned.
Some Important Instructions
- Look the notice board daily as soon as you come and before you leave the college.
- Get money receipts for all amounts paid to the college office.
- Do not move in the corridors and verandah when classes go on. Any student found loitering around the verandahs without any valid reason will have to face strict disciplinary action.
- Keep your college clean by using dustbin.
- Do not spit on the walls and in the class rooms; don't write or stick anything on the walls, desks and benches. Anyone caught red handed will be punished.
Students' Attendance
The college takes students’ attendance strictly in account for the purpose of allowing students for Academic Awards and Scholarships. Each student is required to attend minimum of 75% of the total classes held in each subject respectively in an academic session. If a student fails to attend classes for one month at a stretch from the date of the commencement of classes his/her seat is liable to be forfeited. The parents and guardians will be issued monthly appraisal/up dated report of the students, works, and attendance. If at the end of three months duration their attendance is still insufficient, their admission will stand automatically cancelled.
College Uniform
For Boys:
Black Plain Pant, Pink-White stripe Plain Shirt (full/half),Maroon coloured Sweater.
For Girls:
Pink-White stripe Kamiz, White Pant and White Dupatta, Maroon coloured Sweater.
